Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Some orders ship in multiple boxes; each box will have its own unique tracking number.

Shipping Rates

TrailMoose offers free standard ground shipping within Canada on orders of $199 CAD or more (before tax, after discounts). Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges will still apply to purchases made with a discount code if the discounted order value falls below $199.

Orders under $199

For orders under $199 CAD (before tax, after discounts), standard ground shipping rates are:

All shipping charges are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Ground shipping times

Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery to extended areas

Some remote or hard-to-reach locations incur additional carrier surcharges.

There will be an additional $95 CAD shipping fee for orders delivered to extended or remote areas, including (but not limited to) Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, and parts of Newfoundland & Labrador, as defined by our shipping carriers.
